The Nor'Sea 27 is built by Nor'Sea Yachts division.  The same folks who build the Montgomery Line of Sailboats.  Each one is hand built with the care and consideration of the designer,  to construct a boat that will take you out to sea and bring you back with a measure of safety and comfort not found in many other craft.  Also notice the lapstrake design similarities between the two lines of boats.

1993 Nor'Sea 27 - Hull Number 426
Brightwork second to none with custom touches everywhere you look.  Any Nor'Sea 27 is nice - this one shines.  The stock lines of her rounded stern,  the massive rudder,  the two handed graciously curved tiller,  translucent hatch covers over the cabins,  bronze portlights,  massive winches,  molded seahood and the unbelievable wood inlays.
Nice sailing shots from San Francisco Bay in the summer of 2004. Quite typical afternoon winds with a beautiful City as a backdrop.  Ladyship (Lyle Hess Design)  is owned and meticulously cared for by James Wilkinson.  James has cruised from San Francisco south to Dana Point and return.
A treat from one of the folks on the MSOG. Click on the link to see a full color Nor'Sea 27 PDF Brochure.
